Having started their careers with Aveda in the early 2000’s, Lesley Jarboe and Alysha Reeves ended up working at the same salon in Houston, Texas in 2014. They traveled around country for education, developed their craft, and dreamed of the future. In the fall of 2019, they joined forces to create FORWARD. SALON. After quickly outgrowing their first space, they opened their beautiful new salon in January 2022. Nestled in the heart of Tanglewood, FORWARD. SALON is a high end luxury salon serving the greater Houston area. They are passionate about finding products with only the best ingredients and sustainable hair care. The organic, low tox luxury lifestyle is here to stay! They believe learning never ends, and continue to offer in-house education for all FWRD stylists. Lesley and Alysha say the key to their success comes from their different strengths, trusting each other and being best friends.
