Her lifelong obsession with hair runs in the family, hailing from a lineage of hairstylists, spending many summer days growing up helping in the backroom of salons. With over a decade of experience in the hair industry, Alysha has become a specialist in blonding and extensions, though her skills span all aspects of hair. Lesley, a born and raised Texan, has always had a passion for style and fashion. At the young age of 19, Lesley’s dream of becoming a hair stylist quickly became a reality. Lesley dedicated the first decade of her career to working at renowned Aveda Salons in Texas, Louisiana, and Chicago before finding herself in Houston. She spent 5 years working as one of the top stylists at an Aveda salon in Houston, which is where she met Alysha.
